The Terms and Conditions set out below apply to your use of this website and any order placed with us. We enter into a Contract with You once the Order has been accepted.

At Foxytowelrails.com we work hard at getting product information shown on our website as accurate as possible. The information and imagery is taken from our manufacturers. There may be slight product variation to the images and information shown as manufacturers may choose to make small design changes. Any small design changes that we are aware of will be posted in the description section on the product page.

All efforts are made to ensure that stock levels are correct. This does not form a guarantee of the products availability.

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU DO NOT SCHEDULE OR COMMENCE ANY INSTALLATION WORK UNTIL YOUR GOODS HAVE ARRIVED AND HAVE BEEN CHECKED THOUROUGHLY.

Pricing & Security

We reserve the right to make adjustments to the price of goods stated on the website from time to time to take account of any increase in our suppliers’ prices or an increase in any taxes or duties.

Payments can be made using Paypal or Stripe. No credit/debit card information used in transactions is saved or kept by the Company. All pages on the Website are protected by SSL encryption, ensuring all data you enter is secure at all times.

The price of the goods includes VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rate chargeable in the UK for the time being.

Deliveries

We aim to deliver most products within 5 working days if possible, however, some made to order items may take longer. Please be aware that all delivery dates given are only and always provisional. Goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside of our control.

Returns

If you’re not happy with your purchase, for any reason, we offer a 14 day returns policy. Return your product to us (at your cost) and we’ll refund you the price of the ordered product.

Cancellations of orders will have to be made in writing via an email to sales@foxytowelrails.com. If orders have been shipped prior to cancellation then carriage charges will have to be paid by yourselves.

Any damaged, faulty or incomplete Orders must be reported as soon as possible; ideally within 48 hours, at most 14 days after receiving the Order.

Returns Costs for damaged or faulty goods will be covered by foxytowelrail.com.

If you wish to return any wrongfully ordered products, then you will be responsible for shipping costs and a restocking fee will be charged.
